Four Weddings is a short documentary that follows four brides in four different parts of the world through their wedding day. Looking at the shifting perceptions of marriage around the world, the film explores what it means to get married in the modern world, through the lens of four very different people. A soldier discharged from duty in Iraq, a woman unsure of her future, a high society arranged marriage in India and a rural Romanian celebration.
The film went on to become the Guardian's most successful documentary to date, clocking over 1 million views in its first month online.
